Rainy weather frequently turns routine laundry into a frustrating household bottleneck, causing clothes to dry slowly and hamper piles to grow overnight. Addressing this persistent challenge, TCL the Philippines’ No. 1 panel TV brand and a global technology innovator launched Labapalooza, a multi-city community activation held in strategic partnership with Robinsons Appliances.
Visiting key locations across Tacloban and Cainta, Labapalooza offered local residents access to a free pop-up laundromat. The event allowed consumers to bring their actual weekly laundry and experience TCL's intelligent washing machine technology firsthand.

While practical fabric care formed the core of the activation, Labapalooza integrated family-focused entertainment into the routine chore. Attendees explored interactive product booths, sang at karaoke stations, sampled local food treats, and won exclusive giveaways.
The main highlight of the activation was the hands-on demonstration of the all-new TCL Smart Laundry Expert Washer-Dryer Series. Local residents were able to test automated detergent dispensing, rapid dry cycles, and steam sanitation features while enjoying a day out with their families. The event also hosted a live auction, giving attendees an opportunity to bid on and win TCL washer-dryer units at accessible prices.

Now in its second year, Labapalooza also served as an avenue for TCL's corporate social responsibility initiatives. To support local community infrastructure, TCL donated four high efficiency washing machines to two organizations:
