The Tech Gamer accepts guest contributions from writers who know their stuff and want to reach a Filipino audience that actually reads. If you have something genuinely useful, insightful, or entertaining to say — we want to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a journalism degree. You need to know your topic, write clearly, and have a real opinion. We're looking for contributors who are enthusiasts first — people who buy the gadgets, play the games, visit the restaurants, and have something worth saying about them.
Topics We Accept
- 💻 Tech & Gadgets — Reviews, comparisons, buying guides, and tech opinion pieces.
- 🚗 Auto — Car reviews, EV roundups, road trips, and automotive news.
- 🎮 Gaming — Game reviews, previews, hardware guides, esports features, and gaming culture.
- 🍕 Food — Restaurant reviews, product taste tests, recipe features, and food trend pieces.
- ✈ Travel — Destination guides, itineraries, budget tips, and travel stories.
- ✨ Lifestyle — Productivity, wellness, personal finance, and everyday life content.
We focus on the Philippines and Southeast Asia, but internationally relevant content is welcome if it's useful to our audience.
Submission Guidelines
- Minimum 800 words. Most strong posts run 1,000–1,500 words.
- Original content only — not published anywhere else, including your own blog or Medium.
- Written in English. Clear, conversational, and direct.
- Include at least one high-quality image (minimum 1200px wide). You are responsible for having the rights to any images you submit.
- No keyword stuffing, no AI-generated filler, no paid links disguised as editorial content.
- First-person perspective is welcome; generic "top 10 tips" lists without your own experience behind them are not.
What We Offer
We don't pay a per-article fee. What we do offer:
- A byline with a short author bio and a link to your social profile or website.
- Exposure to a growing audience of Filipino tech and lifestyle readers.
- For relevant brands and PR teams: product review opportunities, item placements, and press event coverage. We accept items for honest review, gifts, donations, and paid sponsored content (clearly disclosed).
How to Submit
Send your pitch or completed draft to albertsantiago@gmail.com with the subject line: Guest Post — [Your Topic]
Include a brief intro about yourself and why you're the right person to write about this topic. If you're pitching (not submitting a full draft), a few sentences about your angle is enough.
We typically respond within 5–7 business days. If you don't hear back, it means it wasn't the right fit — but feel free to pitch something else.
Note for brands and PR: We evaluate all product placements and sponsored partnerships based on genuine fit with our audience. We do not guarantee positive coverage. All sponsored content is clearly disclosed as such.
