The annual Araw ng Kalayaan Job Fairs were held simultaneously across 20 SM malls, bringing together more than 21,000 job seekers and 800 employers from various industries.

The One-Stop Government Service Express allowed job seekers to process essential documents through agencies like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, NBI, and PESO. This integration saved participants significant time and resources.

SM’s focus on workforce readiness was a major highlight. In partnership with TESDA, DICT, Jobstreet, and other stakeholders, the job fairs provided training in high-demand areas. Attendees received hands-on learning in AI prompting, cybersecurity, and digital literacy.
