The Plantation Valero, one of the few restos in Makati which is open 24/7

The Plantation Valero is a bar that serves alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, liquor, cocktails, and other beverages such as mineral water and juices. It is also a bistro - small yet quaint restaurant that serves moderately-priced food in a relaxed setting. 

It was my first time to try their menu last December, 2019, and since my time during the holiday season was limited, I only got a few hours to spend in the resto; therefore, I am planning to go back to try more of what's on their menu.

Speaking of the menu, here are some of the must-try dishes :

Beef knuckles, tripe, and veggies

Grilled chicken breast fillet, basil, garlic, and olive oil

Baby Back Ribs for P350 / P620

Grilled fall-off-the-bone ribs smothered in bbq sauce

Crispy Pata for P695

Deep-fried Grade-A pata, prepard with extra care to ensure crispiness

Cty Wings in original or spicy for Php290.00

Oragon na Liempo for Php270.00

A combination of grilled pork belly with laing and pinakbet on the side

They also offer soups, salads, and all-day breakfast. They are open 24/7 and is located in 2nd Floor ACCM Bldg 102 Valero St. Salcedo Village Makati City; near Cityland in HV Dela Costa.
