Connext Holdings hosts this year's Miss Earth Philippines' Beach Wear Competition

Miss Earth Philippines is one of the major beauty pageants that everyone from around the country is looking forward to.

This annual competition of beauty for a cause which started in 2001 (known as Miss Philippines until 2003 and Miss Philippines Earth from 2004 - 2017) is a bit different from the other beauty pageants because it searches for the most beautiful and environmentally-conscious and aware Pinay. its candidates and winners actively promote and get involved in the preservation of the environment and the protection of Mother Earth.

Together with the Miss Earth Foundation, Inc., MISS PHILIPPINES-EARTH aims to give a strong emphasis on environmental awareness programs. The five titleholders will serve as the Ambassador to environmental protection campaigns in the country. MISS PHILIPPINES-EARTH represent the Philippines to one of the biggest international beauty competitions - the MISS EARTH Pageant.

This year, a total of 40 gorgeous women are vying for the crown. Eleven from Luzon, ten from the Visayas, 7 from Mindanao, 7 from NCR and 5 from the international Filipino community.

Last June 28, 2019, Connect Holdings hosted the Beachwear Competition for the Miss Earth Philippines in Matrix Creation Events Venue in Quezon City.

Aside from the pre-judging competition, Connext holdings also launched the Pegasus, an online system for the processing of insurance policy. This is the Eco-policy, which also aims to lessen the papers that being used in issuing an insurance policy to help save mother Earth.
